In this 10-week online summer book club, participants will read assigned sections of the book Wherever You Go, There You Are: Mindfulness Meditation in Everyday Life by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. independently. The book club will gather weekly for meditation practice, discussion and reflection focused on themes in mindfulness.
